President Noynoy Aquino, nagpa-Belo before his proclamation?

The Philippines has proclaimed a new President and it's a formerPresident's son, Benigno Simeon Cojuangco Aquino III.
The proclamation happened at around 4:00 PM Wednesday, June 9, 2010,
and the Aquino sisters were there to support Noynoy. Ballsy, Pinky,
Biel and Kris ascended the rostrum while Noynoy was being proclaimed.
And Kris' cager husband James Yap, in jeans and with an earring, was also there behind them. He probably feels privileged to be part of the Aquino family. From a basketball player to Kris Aquino's husband and Cory's son-in-law, and now, siya lang naman ang bayaw ng bagong Pangulo ng Pilipinas! Wow!
And back to Noy, many have noticed a change in Noynoy's face. Some of
his facial lines and wrinkles are gone. In other words, gumwapo sya at
bumata ang hitsura.
If before he looked like 10 years older than his age (50), and now he looks like 10 years younger. Nagpa-Belo kaya siya?
Eh ano naman if nagpa-Belo siya right? It's actually good for him. If he indeed went to Belo, for sure it's Kris' idea, who's now back as a Belo endorser.
Even Noynoy admitted before that Kris will be taking care of how he looks and how he dresses up himself.
Also proclaimed the same day was RP's new Vice President Jejomar "Jojo" Binay.
