Bb. Pilipinas 2010 Scandal gets worse

After the dethronement of Maria Venus Raj as Binibining Pilipinas-Universe 2010, there's another issue that the pageant organizer has to face. Now, it's involving Binibining Pilipinas-International 2010 Krista Kleiner aka Krissa Mae (photo).

There's a rumor going on lately that Krista, who's currently in Japan for Julio Iglesia Tour, was the original choice by the judges as Binibining Pilipinas-Universe 2010 during the grand coronation last March 6th.

Stir.ph actually has a related story about it entitled "Krissa Mae robbed of Binibining Pilipinas Universe title" and the article says that BPCI chairman Stella Marquez Araneta allegedly switched the original titles of Raj as International and Kleiner as Universe because Kleiner is born in the US and she looks like Miss Puerto Rico more than Miss Philippines.

Apart from that, there's another rumor linked to that. Allegedly, Krista, with the help of GMA 7, was the one who secretly complained to BPCI about Raj's birth records just because Krista was bitter of the results and she had known she's the real Binibining Pilipinas Universe winner.

Oh no! These rumors are widely spread in different pageant forums and I hope it's not true. Oh well, what's new? Year after year, BPCI have always been attacked by rumors like this because of their controversial pageant results. I think it's about time for a new organizer of Binibining Pilipinas.

Meanwhile, Miss Universe 1969 Gloria Diaz got intervied in the news and advised Venus to just let the crown go. She said that BPCI always has the last say and even urged Raj to just join the pageant next year after she fixed her birth records.

It's so easy for Ms. Gloria to say that because she didn't experienced being dethroned.
