The Bahamian Supreme Court has decided and announced Tuesday that Larry Birkhead is the real father of Anna Nicole Smith's daughter Dannielynn and not Howard K. Stern based on the DNA Test Results.Smith died in February and it was Stern who, as lawyer and companion of Smith, stood as custodian of Dannielyn.
Even before Anna Nicole Smith died, Larry Birkhead has been fighting for the custody of the child, who could be worth millions of dollars if she inherits from the estate of J. Howard Marshall II, Smith's late legal husband.
Dannielyn carries Stern's name and another hearing is set on Friday to determine who shall raise the child.
