Binibining Pilipinas Charities, Inc. has selected 50candidates from over 100 applicants who showed up during the screenings for Binibining Pilipinas 2011 pageant.

It was revealed yesterday, January 24, 2011, and OPMB Worldwide has the video of the announcement:

The name of candidate #106 Sarah Clenci, sister of Candidate #2 Elizabeth Clenci, was not heard being announced in the said video, but she's part of the Top 50.
