FIBA Asia 2013 Schedule: 2nd Round begins August 5 and ends August 7, 2013. See schedule below.

After 3 days of preliminary round and a day of rest, FIBA Asia Championship 2013 continues to the next stage, the Second Round, now with only 2 groups having 6 teams each.

The Top 3 teams from each of the 4 groups have advanced to this round: Chinese Taipei, Philippines & Jordan under Group A; Qatar, Japan & Hong Kong (Group B); Islamic Republic of Iran, Korea & China under Group C; Kazakhstan, Bahrain & India under Group D.

Those from Group A and B will form Group E, while Group C and D teams will make Group F. Each of the team's records and stats during their games against the other qualified team during the prelimins have been carried forward to the 2nd Round.

Eliminated teams Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), Malaysia (MAS) & Thailand (THA) meanwhile will battle for 13th-15th places.
