American Idol 2012 Top 3 Performance Night Videos

The American Idol 2012 Top 3 finalists each performed 3 songs for the show's performance night Wednesday, May 16, 2012 (Thursday AM, May 17 PH Time), which is just a week away before the finale.

The Top 3 contestants, Joshua Ledet, Jessica Sanchez and Phillip Phillips, performed a song picked by the judges, then, another one, their personal choice, and finally, a song picked by 'Idol' mentor and record producer Jimmy Iovine.

Here's what they performed for the Top 3 round: (Videos credit to FOX)

Joshua Ledet - "I'd Rather Go Blind" by Etta James (He got a standing ovation again from the 3 judges!)

Jessica Sanchez - "My All" by Mariah Carey (Randy said it was the best version of a Mariah song he ever heard on TV.)

Phillip Phillips - "Beggin'" by Madcon (Randy considered it as another incredible performance from Phil-Phils.)

Joshua Ledet - "Imagine" (A beautiful pulled-back and controlled performance, according to JLo.)

Jessica Sanchez - "I Don't Wanna Miss A Thing" by Aerosmith (Only Steven Tyler, who's the lead vocalist of Aerosmith, gave Jessica a standing ovation, and thanked her for making it greater than his group's version.)

Phillip Phillips - "Disease" by Matchbox 20 (All 3 judges didn't like it.)

Joshua Ledet - "No More Drama" by Mary J. Blige (Steven said, "I watched you and I felt the last 40 years of the music business.)

Jessica Sanchez - "I'll Be There" by Jackson 5 (Steven and JLo both found it perfect, but Randy didn't. He liked it, but didn't love it. Audience booed Randy.)

Phillip Phillips - "We've Got Tonight" by Bob Seger (A standing ovation from the judges. Randy said it was his best performance in the show ever!)

Who among Joshua Ledet, Jessica Sanchez and Phillip Phillips will be the Final 2 of American Idol Season 11 (2012)? That will be revealed on the Results Show tomorrow, the last results before the finale.
