The Miss Universe 2012 Top 16 semi-finalists have been announced, one of them will be crowned Miss Universe 2012 tonight.

Mexico, Karina Gonzalez

Hungary, Agnes Konkoly
South Africa, Melinda Bam
Philippines, Janine Tugonon
Croatia, Elizabeta Burg
Brazil, Gabriela Markus
Kosovo, Diana Avdiu
Australia , Renae Ayris
India, Shilpa Singh
USA, Olivia Culpo

It shocks me that Miss Puerto Rico Bodine Koehler failed to make it. The biggest "miss" this year.

Aside from Puerto Rico, other favorites who also missed the semis were Miss Paraguay, Georgia, Ecuador and Malaysia.

And the biggest surprise? Miss Hungary. She's only 86th on my list, and yet, she's there.

Looking at my predictions list, I only got 8 of the Top 16 (South Africa, Venezuela, Philippines, Croatia, Mexico, Australia, USA, Brazil). - Mykiru.ph
