Big Brother US Season 17 has just premiered earlier on CBS Network in the USA, with the first batch of houseguests have already been officially introduced to the viewers, and the second batch to be introduced tomorrow, according to the show's official Twitter account (@CBSBigBrother).

Big Brother host Julie Chen shared on Twitter this groufie shot of the first set of Season 17 houseguests (or housemates, as what we call here in the Philippines).

@JulieChen: "Your first group of #BB17 Houseguests ... Thoughts?"

So far, the most-buzzed Big Brother 17 houseguests are graduate student Clay Honeycutt, transgender chick Audrey Middleton and poker dealer Da'Vonne Rogers.

Middleton is the first ever transgender houseguest of Big Brother USA.

Other houseguests introduced today were James Huling, an Asian adopted by a Caucasian family; Jace Agolli, a personal trainer; Becky Burgess, a retail manager; server Meg Maley and Austin Matelson, a professional westler.

The remaining HGs yet to be introduced are supermarket casher Jason Roy, dentist John McGuire, marketing coordinator Liz Nolan (who's possibly part of the "Twin Twist"), interior designer Shelli Poole, college student Steve Moses and professional poker player Vanessa Rousso.

This 17th season of Big Brother US premiered 5 days after the newest edition of our very own Pinoy Big Brother, which is now on its 10th year, and currently has 11 in-house teen housemates. - Mykiru.ph
