Did Erap Estrada kiss Jennylyn Mercado on the lips at the MMFF 2014 Awards Night?

Jennylyn Mercado was the winner of the Best Actress award at the 40th Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) Awards Night held Saturday, December 27, 2014 at the PICC Plenary Hall. It was for her outstanding performance as Tere, a Filipino-English tutor, in the festival's rom-com entry "English Only, Please", which also grabbed 6 other wins, such as 2nd Best Picture, Best Director, Best Actor for Derek Ramsay, Best Screenplay, Best Editing and Best Story.

Robin Padilla, lead star of 'Bonifacio: Ang Unang Pangulo' announced the Best Actress winner, and the trophy was handed to Jennylyn by former Philippine President, now Manila Mayor Joseph 'Erap' Estrada.

It took more than 10 seconds for the 77-year-old politician-actor to hand the trophy to the Kapuso actress. He held Jen's right hand for so
long as he congratulated her, then whispered something to her ear and kissed the actress so close to her lips.

Mayor Erap was then seen wiping his mouth after the kiss and flashed a very wide smile. He was like telling everyone that he kissed Jennylyn
and he loved it a lot!

Many netizens believe Jennylyn got kissed on the lips.

Can't blame Erap if he can't resist it while giving the trophy to the Best Actress winner. Jennylyn was sooo hot that night!
