Will John Lloyd Cruz ever speak up versus Cedric Lee?
Everyone's still wondering about what could link award-winning actor
John Lloyd Cruz to businessman Cedric Lee, the alleged mastermind in the mauling of comedian-host Vhong Navarro.
The curiousity started when veteran journalist Tony Calvento urged, via Facebook, actors John Lloyd Cruz and Jake Cuenca to reveal past incidents with Cedric Lee. These incidents are believed to help strengthen Vhong's case against Cedric.
In another Facebook post, Calvento also shared what Vhong told him at the hospital, that the actor will try to convince John Lloyd and Jake to share their piece.
"He (Vhong) said that when he gets out of the hospital and try to convince John Lloyd and Jake to come out but he cannot blame them if they are afraid to speak out," Calvento said in his FB status.
On 'Buzz ng Bayan' last Sunday, Feb. 2, Jake already broke his silence about the issue. But sadly, the hunk actor denied knowing Cedric and
he only heard his name being mentioned in news reports about Vhong.
Is Jake afraid to speak the truth? Or did he just make Tony Calvento's source as not credible?
With Jake now wanting to get out of the picture, Vhong has only John Lloyd to convince when he gets out of the hospital.
Vhong and John Lloyd are friends, and both are former members of ASAP's 'Kanto Boys'. They also starred together in the 2008 soap "I Love
Betty La Fea" along with Bea Alonzo.
Many are convinced that John Lloyd's past encounter with Cedric was in connection with his breakup with Shaina Magdayao, younger sister of Cedric's ex-flame Vina Morales.
