In Afghanistan, the sport of bodybuilding has become a new craze and is now of great interest, especially for the young men.

They even have this annual Mr. Afghanistan bodybuilding competition and it's every young Afghan man's dream of having the title.

It's good thing though especially for a war-ravaged country and for them, it could help in rebuilding their nation.
