FIFA World Cup 2014 Semi-finals match, Brazil vs Germany, has just ended, and the results: 1-7, Germany now earns its
ticket to the final.

The host team Brazil, a 5-time World Cup Champion, obviously suffered having no Neymar (who got injured during the quarterfinals and wasn't allowed to play for the semis) and lost bigtime to 3-time World Cup Champion Germany earlier. Scores were 1-7.

It was indeed a big embarrassment for the Brazilian team to lose that big in their home soil to Germany, which is actually a strong team to beat, being the 3rd Placer the last 2 World Cup editions.

And now, they have a chance to bring home their 4th championship, as they play against the winner in the semifinals match Netherlands vs Argentina.

Of the 7 goals scored by Germany earlier, 4 of which were scored in the first 29 minutes alone of the match, while Brazil was score-less. Oscar only scored for Brazil at the last minute (90').

German scorers at the semis match were Thomas Müller (11'), Miroslav Klose (23'), Toni Kroos (24', 26'), Sami Khedira (29') and Andre Schuerrle (69', 79').

It's now Muller's 5th goal in the 2014 World Cup, just 1 goal away from Colombia's James Rodriguez, the leading scorer with 6.

For Klose, he just scored his record 16th goal, the most by a player in World Cup history.

Now with a total of 17 goals in this year's World Cup, Germany will now be making their 8th World Cup final appearance. They were already Champions in 1954, 1974 and 1990. - Mykiru.ph
