SEA Games 2017 Medal Tally: Team Philippines now has 15 gold medals!

Kuala Lumpur SEA Games 2017 medal tally, update as of August 25, 2017 at 12noon, shows host country Malaysia still on top, both in terms of the number of gold medals and the total medals won.

Our Team Philippines currently ranks 6th in the medals table out of 11 participating teams, having 15 gold, 18 silver and 31 bronze, for a total of 64 medals.

MALAYSIA - 51Gold, 39Silver, 32Bronze = 122 medals
SINGAPORE - 27G, 23S, 25B = 75 medals
VIETNAM - 27G, 19S, 24B = 70 medals
THAILAND - 25G, 45S, 47B = 117 medals
INDONESIA - 19G, 24S, 40B = 83 medals
PHILIPPINES - 15G, 18S, 31B = 64 medals
MYANMAR - 4G, 5S, 8B = 17 medals
BRUNEI - 0G, 1S, 5B = 6 medals
LAO PDR - 0G, 1S, 1B = 2 medals
CAMBODIA - 0G, 0S, 5B = 5 medals
TIMOR LESTE - 0G, OS, OB = 0 medal

The latest gold medalists from the Philippines are these Lawn Bowls players who played in the Men's Four event: CURTE ROBERT GUARIN, EMMANUEL PORTACIO, LEONCIO CARREON JR. and RONALD LISING.

They have just won the GOLD just this afternoon, August 24.

Last night, TRENTEN ANTHONY BERAM and ARIES TOLEDO contributed gold medals for the country when they won respectively in the Athletics Men's 200m and Athletics Men's Decathlon events.
