Criminologist Board Exam Result for October 2014 has been made available via the official website of Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Wednesday, November 26, 2014. The results came out 26 working days after the Board of Criminology conducted the licensure exam in 13 cities in the country.

A total of 28,187 Criminology graduates took the board exam, but only 12,245 of them passed. That results to a passing percentage of 43.44%, which is lower than last year's 45.27%, but still a lot higher than 2012's 32.17%.

Congratulations to all the passers, most especially to 2 passers I know: Leonel Barde and Rocky Opiana, from Naga College Foundation (NCF). These two are among their school's 107 new passers, 98 of whom are first-timers.

"Thank you Lord..worth it ang mga sacrifices ko during the review..I made it! Passer na ako..thank you sa family ko, sa friends ko, at sa lahat ng mga tumulong sakin. To the NCF Criminal Justice Education Department (CJED), thank you!," Barde posted in his Facebook account the moment he received the good news.

Got the chance to talk to Opiana via Facebook last night and he told me that passing the board feels like he has just won another championship.

Barde and Opiana also happen to be among the best basketball players in Naga City. A month ago, their team, NCF Tigers, has captured the city's inter-collegiate basketball league championship for the 3rd straight year and Barde was named as Most Valuable Player also for 3 years in a row.
