That's 40-km closer than what PAGASA provided in its 11PM update Thursday, October 10, stating that at 10PM, the center of Tropical Depression Santi was estimated at 410 km East of Baler, Aurora, with maximum sustained winds of 105 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 135 kph.

Expect a rainy Friday everyone and keep safe.

And I just hope that it doesn't get worse. Why? It's now the finals week for most of those in the college level and the students are now excited for their semestral break.

If the situation gets worse, it will delay the finals and of course, the sem break. So let's hope Santi gets weaker and leaves ASAP!!!
