American Idol 2013 winner is sure to be a girl! Who will she be?

For tonight's American Idol Season 12 Results Show, April 11, 2013 (April 12, MLA Time), the Top 6 finalists were first divided into 3 groups or pairs before the announcement of who will be sent home: Angie Miller was paired with Janelle Arthur;
Lazaro Arbos with Amber Holcomb, then Candice Glover joined Kree Harrison.

Candice and Kree were later revealed as the top 2 in the voting, Angie and Jannelle as the middle 2, while Lazaro and Amber in the bottom 2.

Then it was announced that Lazaro is the one going home, a good news to those who were convinced he should be the one eliminated during last week's Results Show, and not Burnell Taylor.

Lazaro was the 5th and last guy to be eliminated on "American Idol" Season 12, and that just means, we have an all-girl Top 5, a first in American Idol history.

It will also be the 2nd time ever that 2 girls will battle on the finale. The first time was so long ago, during Season 3 (2004), when Fantasia Barrino competed against and won over Diana DeGarmo.

Then after 5 male winners, who were "White Guy With Guitar" (WGWG) type of winners, a girl finally is going to win on American Idol 2013. The 4th and last female American Idol winner was Jordin Sparks during Season 6 in 2007.

Who among the Top 5 girls will be the last 2 girls standing on the American Idol 2013 finale? My bets haven't changed since the Top 10: I think it's going to be Angie Miller vs Candice Glover. - www.mykiru.ph
