Sarah Geronimo got emotional during the finale episode of 'Sarah G! Live' aired last night, February 10, 2013. She cried her heart out as she bid farewell to the fans and to her avid viewers who have made 'Sarah G Live' as their Sunday night habit.

For almost a year, 'Sarah G Live' aired on ABS-CBN every Sunday night and treated the viewers with a live concert experience featuring the one and only Popstar Princess, Concert Royalty Sarah Geronimo.

In her farewell message, Sarah was very thankful that 'Sarah G Live' let her experience many firsts in her life, let her become closer to her fans (the Popsters) and let her realize that she's got more to offer as a singer and a concert performer.

I loved it that Sarah was thankful to the fans for bearing with her during those times she was having "problems", and couldn't sing her best or she was getting off-key.

But I super loved Sarah's final message, to those who hurt her in the past - "Sa mga nanakit sa 'kin, thank you sa inyo. Pinagkakitaan ko kayo."

It's not being bitter, but I guess she was just being real. 'Sarah G Live' was her only venue to express what she feels, to air out her sentiments, to sing the songs of her life and she just grabbed that last opportunity to voice out her message to the people who (may have hurt her but) she once cared for.

As the saying goes, "men hurt the good girls and love the bad ones". You're one of the good girls Sarah G!

The said Sarah G Live Finale was also made extra special with John Lloyd Cruz as Sarah's very special guest and co-host. The two personally invited the fans to watch their upcoming film "It Takes A Man and A Woman" which hits theaters on March 30, as the 3rd part of the Miggy-Laida love story from their highly-succesful movies "A Very Special Love" and "You Change My Life".

During the last part of the show, John Lloyd promised Sarah that he will always be there for Sarah and that he's not gonna leave her. "Dito lang ako. 'Di na kita iiwan." Sounds cheesy, but sweet!

After 'Sarah G Live', Sarah will soon be a mentor judge on 'The Voice Philippines' and will have a weekly drama anthology program. - Mykiru.ph
