Roel Manlangit wowed Pilipinas Got Talent (PGT) Season 4 judges with his Whitney Houston-like performance, as aired earlier tonight on ABS-CBN.

PGT Season 4 probably saved the best for last when it featured on its episode before the Judges Cull a boy named Roel Manlangit as the last auditionee to get a pass to the next round.

For his audition, Roel sang 'I Will Always Love You' by Whitney Houston which earned him standing ovation both from the judges and the crowd. He was even asked to sing more, this time the Tagalog song 'Ikaw'.

If you can remember that just last September, Roel Manlangit already made news headlines in the country as a street child from Valencia City in Bukidnon who turned into an internet sensation after his video singing Whitney Houston's 'I Will Always Love You' earned more than a million Youtube hits.

I'm referring to this Youtube video of Roel Manlangit, uploaded by migui2k, which as of this writing has 1.9-million views and is sure to pass the 2 million mark any moment from now.

Roel was even featured in an article at the American web site, The Huffington Post.

He was also featured on GMA News TV's SONA and later guested then on ABS-CBN's 'Umagang Kay Ganda', 'It's Showtime' and did a duet with Angeline Quinto on 'ASAP'.

With a touching story to back him off just like Season 1's Jovit Baldivino, Roel Manlangit could end up as PGT Season 4 Winner.

And that is if the show wants another singer to win this season 4, after having a singing act as winner in all its previous seasons. - Mykiru.ph
