Paolo Onesa duets with Klarisse de Guzman for his debut album 'Pop Goes Standards'

I'm having a great time now listening to Paolo Onesa's songs from his debut album 'Pop Goes Standards' under MCA Music (Universal Music Philippines).
Met Paolo during the bloggers' conference with him held last Thursday
at the MCA Music office, and I've fallen in love with his voice after he sang to us live 2 tracks from his album, the Bruno Mars song "When I Was Your Man" and the original song "Lucky In Love" which he already sang during one live show of 'The Voice of the Philippines'.
I've already loved him since 'The Voice Philippines' where he finished only in the Top 8, but here he is now, releasing his own album, having a great potential of making it big, much bigger than the other finalists who finished higher in the said ABS-CBN reality singing competition.
Under Team Bamboo, Paolo was the one who defeated the early favorite Lee Grane Maranan during the 3rd live show, but lost to Myk Perez by a very slim margin in the voting during the semi-finals, thus failing to make it to
the Final 4.
But that doesn't matter now. MCA Music has given him his own album and he's now being packaged as the country's Ultimate Heartthrob Crooner.
It helps that Paolo is really good-looking, so it won't be hard to market this guy. Match that with a great voice and lovable personality
(I love his humor too), there's certainly a big star potential in this 20-year-old crooner from Zamboanga.
MCA knows this for sure, so they already thought of launching Paolo's album in other parts of Asia, just like what they did to acoustic singer Sabrina. That's the very reason why his album has just one Tagalog song,
"Elesi".
Other than the above-mentioned songs, Paolo's 'Pop Goes Standards' album also has the following songs: "You are so Beautiful", 'Make You Feel My Love', 'Marry Me", You're Beautiful', 'Which Way, Robert Frost?, 'Skyfall' and 'Just My Imagination (Running Away with Me)' feat. Klarisse de Guzman.
I'm loving much Paolo's duet with his fellow 'The Voice' finalist Klarisse de Guzman, who happens to be my fave as well.
"Skyfall", "Lucky in Love" and "Elesi" were 3 of the songs Paolo
performed on 'The Voice Philippines'.
Fall in love with Paolo and his music by getting a copy of 'Pop Goes Standards' album now out in CD stores nationwide. You can also download his songs via spinnr.ph and iTunes.
On April 27, catch Paolo in SM City Lipa in Batangas, and on May 16th, he will be at the Robinsons Malolos in Bulacan.
