Singer-actor Sam Milby should be the one to get a surprise for his 36th birthday today, May 23, but he's the one who made a HUGE surprise to everyone when he made public earlier this evening his relationship with Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray.

Both on his Twitter and Instagram accounts (@samuelmilby), the former Pinoy Big Brother Fil-Am housemate has shared that picture above showing him in a sweet moment with Catriona, along with the caption: "Worth every second of the wait. Most special birthday yet ❤ ".
Even though Sam did not explicitly say Catriona is officially his girlfriend, posting that along with a sweet caption is somehow a confirmation of any romantic relationship that he has with the beauty queen, who is 10 years younger than him and whose only publicized relationship in the past was with model-actor Clint Bondad.
