The Supreme Court of the Philippines has already decided on Senator Grace Poe's petitions against her disqualification as candidate for Philippine President.
And the decision? Sen. Poe is qualified to run for President in the upcoming 2016 Philippine Elections.
Nine (9), including the Chief Justice, voted to grant Sen. Poe's petitions to allow her to run, while six (6) voted against her.

The Court, voting 9-6, GRANTED petitioner Senator Grace Poe's petitions. The 9 who voted to grant the petitions are: The Chief Justice, Associate Justices Velasco, Peralta, Bersamin, Perez, Mendoza, Leonen, Jardeleza and Caguioa; the 6 who voted to deny the petitions are SAJ Carpio, Associate Justices Leonardo-De Castro, Brion, Del Castillo, Reyes, and Perlas-Bernabe."
