The Supreme Court of the Philippines has already decided on Senator Grace Poe's petitions against her disqualification as candidate for Philippine President.

The 9 who voted to grant the petitions are: The Chief Justice, Associate Justices Velasco, Peralta, Bersamin, Perez, Mendoza, Leonen, Jardeleza and Caguioa; the 6 who voted to deny the petitions are SAJ Carpio, Associate Justices Leonardo-De Castro, Brion, Del Castillo, Reyes, and Perlas-Bernabe."
