Academy Awards 2015 Winners announced!
The Hollywood's biggest gathering, the 87th annual Academy Awards (Oscars 2015), has just concluded in Los Angeles, California.
Taking home the Oscar Best Picture award was 'Birdman' which also won 3 other honors, sadly not including Best Actor for its lead actor Michael Keaton, who lost to Eddie Redmayne for 'The Theory of Everything'. While it may be shocking to some, but Redmayne's win is a pleasant surprise. He deserves it.
For the Best Picture, I was actually rooting for 'Boyhood', which only won 1, Best Supporting Actress for Patricia Arquette, out of 6 nominations.
'The Grand Budapest Hotel' was also a big winner, with 4 awards out of 9 nominations.
