The grand homecoming parade for Megan Young was held yesterday, October 11, in celebration of her Miss World 2013 victory last month in Indonesia.
Despite the rains caused by Typhoon Santi, the fans, or I would say the proud Pinoys, have taken to the streets to join the victory parade for Megan Young and celebrate with her.
The parade started in Ayala Avenue in Makati City and ended at the SM Mall of Asia in Pasay City.
Joining Megan on the float were Miss World Organization President, Miss World Philippines national director Cory Quirino and MWP Vice President / talent manager Arnold Vegafria.

The event itself was truly a homecoming fit for a queen, for a woman who lifted up the spirit of her countrymen. She is truly loved and will forever be.
