'Glee' star Cory Monteith was found dead at a hotel in Canada last Saturday.

It is indeed so heartbreaking, most especially for the Glee fans or Gleeks, to hear this news about Glee star Cory Monteith's death. He was only 31 (May 11, 1982 - July 12, 2013) and another wasted talent or artist just like Heath Ledger and Amy Winehouse who also died young in 2008 and 2011 respectively.

According to CNN's report, Cory Monteith was found dead in his hotel room at Fairmont Pacific Rim Hotel in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada on Saturday.

Cause of death is unclear as of this posting and the police report says that there was no foul play. Many are speculating that he died of drug overdose due to his reported long struggle with substance abuse. (As of latest update, Cory Monteith died of a "mixed drug toxicity" according to the autopsy report.)

Cory Monteith played Finn Hudson on the US musical TV series "Glee" from Season 1 up to the latest Season 5 (which premieres this September). He's the boyfriend of Lea Michele, who's also his love interest on 'Glee' as Rachel Berry.

HollywoodLife.com has cited a source saying that Lea Michele is absolutely hysterical, completely inconsolable and is devastated beyond belief by her boyfriend's shocking death. Who wouldn't?

Meanwhile, as Cory Monteith's death make headlines, this photo of a supposed Lea Michele grieving over his death has circulated on social media.

It caught the attention of many netizens believing it's really Lea, when in fact, it's a photo of a Ashley Edens grieving over the death of his 22-year-old husband, American soldier Jason K. Edens who died in a war in Afghanistan on April 26, 2012. How disrespectful.
