Protege: The Battle for the Big Artista Break's Top 20 Finalists have been revealed during the live Gala Night held Sunday, August 5, 2012.
As aired over GMA 7, the said Protege Gala Night was hosted by gala presenter Dingdong Dantes (fresh from Hong Kong) and journey host Carla Abellana.
The Top 20 Proteges were chosen from thousands of auditionees during the nationwide search of 'Protege: The Battle for the Big Artista Break' held last May and June.
It was the 5 mentors themselves, namely Roderick Paulate, Phillip Salvador, Jolina Magdangal, Gina Alajar and Ricky Davao, who picked the Top 20 Proteges (5 each).
As announced tonight, here are the Top 20 finalists of 'Protégè: The Battle for the Big Artista Break':
