Talk 'N Text (TNT) Tropang Texters defeated the B-MEG Llamados, 92-82, in Game 6 of the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) Commissioner's Cup 2012 Finals held earlier tonight, May 4, 2012, at the SMART Araneta Coliseum.

Defending champion TNT Tropang Texters now tied with B-Meg Llamados, 3-3, in this best-of-7 championship series, preventing the latter to claim its first ever PBA Commissioner's Cup championship title (as B-MEG), at least on Game 6 (but it can finally happen after Game 7).

[B-Meg was previously known as Purefoods which already won a PBA Commissioner's Cup championship title a very long time ago, back in 1994.]

B-MEG Llamados dominated 1st half of Game 6, posting a 15-point lead over TNT Tropang Texters during the start of 2nd Quarter, but the latter recovered so fast, that they finished first half as the leading team.

Thanks to TNT's Jason Castro who started the lead before 2nd quarter ended. The score was 47-48 in favor of B-Meg, but Castro scored a 3-point shot, ending the 2nd quarter with a 2 point lead, 50-48.

B-Meg tied that, 50-50, at the start of 3rd Quarter, but never took the lead since then, while TNT continued great performance until the 4th quarter, where they posted a 13-point lead at one point.

Jason Castro was again named Best Player of the game, with 25 points and 4 assists. (He was also the Best Player during Game 2.)
