Grammy Awards 2012 Winners: Adele wins 6 Grammys

The winners for the 54th Grammy Awards or Grammys 2012 were announced Sunday, February 12, 2012, at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California.

"Rolling in the Deep" and "Someone Like You" singer Adele had 6 Grammy nominations and she won them all, which included the 3 major Grammy Awards: Record of the Year, Album of the Year and Song of the Year.

Adele is now tied with Beyonce for having the most Grammys won by a female artist in just one night.

Alternative rock band Foo Fighters won 5 of its 6 nominations while rapper Kanye West, the most nominated artists this year, took home 4 Grammys out of its 7 nominations.

With his 4 new Grammys, Kanye West now joins the list of artists with the most Grammy Awards won.

With a total of 18 Grammys, Kanye now ranks 7th. And take note, he's only 34.
