The "Pia Guanio and Steve Mago wedding" was held October 1, 2011 in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
It was already reported last week in some tabloids that TV host Pia Guanio and businessman boyfriend Steve Mago already married each other last Oct. 1 (Saturday), but no official confirmation yet from the couple themselves.
And it's only last Sunday, October 9, that Pia confirmed her wedding to Steve via her Sunday program "Showbiz Central".
According to Pia in a phone patch interview, their "Christian and civil" garden wedding was a solemn one, meaningful and heartfelt, and was a very private ceremony attended by less than 50 people.

Pia Guanio and Steve Mago got involved first in a "kissing scandal" back in April before Pia confirmed that she's already engaged to marry Steve.
The engagement happened in May 7, 2011 but during that time, there was no date yet for their wedding. (Read: Pia Guanio engaged to Steve Mago, wedding not yet set).
And reportedly, Pia being pregnant was the reason of their sudden wedding.
