'Working Girls' poster and teaser

The poster for the 2010 version of the 1984 movie "Working Girls" has just been released.

"Working Girls" stars Ruffa Gutierrez, Iza Calzado, Cristine Reyes, Jennylyn Mercado and Eugene Domingo.

Also in the cast are Eula Valdez, Bianca King and the original cast of 'Working Girls' such as Carmi Martin, Rio Locsin, Maria Isabel Lopez and Ms. Gina Pareño (minus Hilda Koronel and Chanda Romero).

It's directed by Jose Javier Reyes and produced by Regal Films, GMA Films and Unitel Pictures.

Wonder where the boys are? Probably, the male cast (like Rafael Rosell, Antonio Aquitania, Carlo Aquino, Jao Mapa, Biboy Ramirez and Ricky Davao) only have minor roles in this female-oriented film that they have even totally excluded in the poster.

But other female cast members (Mylene Dizon and Cherrie Gil) are also not included there.

"Working Girls" will be shown in theaters on April 21, 2010.

'Showtime' suspended again - now for 1 month!

MTRCB has come up with a final and executory decision today to suspend for 1 month the ABS-CBN toprating daytime program "Showtime".

It is still in connection with the Rosanna Roces incident in January when the actress made insulting remarks against teachers.

That time, MTRCB issued a 20-day preventive suspension on January 11 but was lifted a week after by the Court of Appeals.

MTRCB has also not allowed ABS-CBN this time to replace it with "Magpasikat" which they did in January or any talent competition program.

It's MTRCB's final decision on the controversial incident but according to ABS-CBN, it's not yet final and can't be enforced yet as of this time thus the network will make an appeal to the Office of the President who governs MTRCB.

"Showtime" is going to have its 5th Monthly Finals tomorrow and we shall know if MTRCB will still allow them to hold it since the suspension should start today.

The program is currently one of the 2 highest-rating shows both in Mega Manila and nationwide.

Justin Timberlake wants to marry Ginger Conejero

Pop superstar Justin Timberlake, who is in the country for a concert, reportedly wanted to marry ABS-CBN showbiz reporter and beauty queen Ginger Conejero.

That's after Justin saw Ginger at the airport yesterday and the beauty got the chance to interview the handsome singer.

Inquirer.net has a photo story about it:

JUSTIN TIME Pop icon Justin Timberlake arrives for a one-night concert Saturday at SM Mall of Asia in Pasay. He was instantly smitten with TV reporter Ginger Conejero, who interviewed him at the airport. “I want to marry her,” he said. ROGER MARGALLO

Does this mean he already broke up with Jessica Biel and he wants a new girlfriend? Jessica was supposed to come with JT for his Manila concert but they reportedly had an argument a few days back.

Justin will be Timbaland's guest on his 'Changing Lives: Shock Value II' concert with Jojo tomorrow, March 27, at the Mall of Asia Concert Grounds.

Cesar Montano's son Christian Angelo dies

Christian Angelo Manhilot, 2nd child of actor Cesar Montano, died today in Quezon City after he was found with gunshot wound on his head at their residence.

Both ABS-CBN and GMA reported about it this morning and according to the reports, Christian Angelo was rushed to the hospital at 6:18am today but he was declared dead on arrival.

Angelo's father Cesar, who's running for a governatorial seat in Bohol, reportedly is now on his way to Manila.

Christian Angelo is believed to have committed suicide by self-inflicted gunshot to his head. Initial investigation says it got something to do with a love problem he has with his girlfriend.

He was 23 years old.

My deepest condolences to his family!

New picture of Anne Curtis' wardrobe malfunction comes out

OMG! That's all I could say when I saw the 2nd picture of Anne Curtis' wardrobe malfunction while performing onstage for ASAP XV show in Boracay last Sunday.

The picture, which is more revealing than the first one, has just hit the web probably this evening or maybe, I was already the last to see it today.

The new scandal image has still been uploaded on the net even if Anne Curtis made an appeal yesterday to those who took photos of her in Boracay to please stop uploading the photos.

I saw the uncensored picture between 9:30 to 10:00 pm today but it has been deleted right away, probably he/she realized it might worsen the controversy. I just hope that no one was able to copy that and reach the frontpage of a tabloid again.

The new photo shows only Anne and Sam Milby with Anne being carried up high by Sam during their dance number and compared to the first one, Anne's upper part in the 2nd pic is more exposed and it had a glimpse of the actress' green undies.

And a video of the said incident which runs for almost a minute has also been uploaded on the net. Tst Tsk Tsk! It should be stopped.

It puzzles me how the exposure went on for that long resulting to more cam shots from the audience. The ASAP XV staff should have stopped the number immediately.

As I said the other day, I hope no more pictures of it would come out.

Justin Timberlake arrives in Manila for the 'Changing Lives' concert

At 5:00 to 5:15 am today, Justin Timberlake has arrived in Manila, Philippines 2 days before his much-awaited concert this Saturday, March 27, 2010 at the SM Mall of Asia Concert Grounds.

It was disappointing because Justin was not smiling, with head bowed down and didn't grant any interview with the press who eagerly awaited for his arrival.

Maybe he had a bad sleep, a jet-lag or not so nice morning mood. But whatever the reason is, the Filipinos are still happy to see Justin in the country and perform for them.

Justin will have a special guest appearance in the 'Changing Lives: Shock Value 2' tour of Timbaland featuring Jojo, who arrived yesterday and had a meet&greet with the press and her fans.
