Two grand singing champions are reportedly switching networks this month.
Rachelle Ann Go, who stayed on ABS-CBN and ASAP regular for 6 years, is reportedly transferring to GMA 7 and join Party Pilipinas. But it s not yet final. In fact, Rachelle herself is still clueless of any negotiation.
On Rachelle s Twitter account, she told her followers not to worry, that s after her fans appealed to her not to move to GMA. Sa lahat po ng nagtatanong...Hindi ko pa po alam sa Viva kung anong kaganapan...Mangyayari ang dapat mangyari. Let s not worry, Rachelle tweeted yesterday.
Does her statement mean she s staying in the Kapamilya station? If ever Rachelle s transfer to GMA happens, she will just make a comeback in the station. She was the grand winner of Viva-produced Search For A Star shown on GMA 7 in 2004.
I remember back then, Rachelle won on GMA Saturday night but she was launched on ABS-CBN s ASAP the next day joining other champions like Sarah Geronimo, Erik Santos, Sheryn Regis and Mark Bautista (who s also now with GMA).
Meanwhile, Manila Bulletin has reported during the week that another singing champion will make a major transfer but it s the other way around, from GMA to ABS-CBN.
Gerald Santos, grand winner on GMA-produced Pinoy Pop Superstar Year 3, reportedly had a pictorial already as a Kapamilya and will be the newest addition on ASAP XV anytime soon.
The 19-year-old balladeer, who s lookin awesome as he grows older, was a regular performer of SOP, which is now replaced by Party Pilipinas.
