Pulse Asia Survey (March 21-28): Aquino-Roxas tandem wins over Villar-Legarda

Liberal Party's Presidential and Vice-Presidents bets have topped
again the newest pre-election survey of Pulse Asia Survey conducted
from March 21 to 28, 2010.


There were 3,000 respondents nationwide and 37% of them prefer LP
Presidential candidate Noynoy Aquino while 25% voted for Nacionalista
Party standard bearer Manny Villar. LP's Mar Roxas meanwhile is still
the top choice as Vice President with 43% while NP's Loren Legarda is
in far 2nd with 23%.


Compared to the previous Pulse Asia survey, Noynoy's lead over Villar
has widened, from a 7-point lead last survey to 12-point lead in the
current survey. Same goes for Roxas, who is now 20 points ahead of
Legarda.

HOW TRUE? When Kris Aquino was campaigning for her brother in Bacolod,
she gave the microphone to Baby James but instead of shouting Uncle
Noynoy's name, the 3-year-old kid allegedly shouted "Villar!".
