Anne Curtis has a very good reason to celebrate after that "Bora
storm" which struck her the other week.

Her latest film "Babe, I Love You" which pairs him up for the first
time with Sam Milby in a movie reportedly grossed P12 million on its
opening day yesterday (Black Saturday).

See, there's always sunshine after the rain as they say and
definitely, another project for the two will be a good reward for the
newest boxoffice tandem.

The 1st day opening sales of 'Babe, I Love You' has tied with
Kimerald's 'Paano Na Kaya' which also had 12M pesos on its opening day
in January. This year's biggest opening is still that of 'Miss You
Like Crazy' (P18M).

Compared to previous years' movies which opened on a Black Saturday,
Babe, I Love You's opening is way below than 'T2' (P15m) shown last
year but it's higher than the first day gross of the 2007 film 'Ang
Cute Ng Ina Mo' (P11m) which also starred Anne Curtis.

Congrats to Anne, Sam, Direk Mae Cruz, Star Cinema and Viva Films for
the success of the movie.
