South Korea's "Mother" wins 3 Asian Film Awards

The South Korean movie "Mother" has won Best Film in the 4th Asian Film Awards (AFA) held last night at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.

It also won Best Actress trophy for Kim Hye-ja and Best Screenwriter for Park Eun-kyo and Bong Joon-ho.

South Korea actually won a total of 6 awards for its 3 entries this year.

The Philippines' entry "Lola" unfortunately lost its 3 nominations.
