Zaijan Jaranilla or most popularly known as Santino of ABS-CBN's May Bukas Pa has been named one of the most admired TV personalities by the Southeast Asian Foundation for Children and Television who hands out the annual Anak TV Seal Awards.
Zaijan is I guess the youngest star ever to receive such honor.
During the awarding ceremonies on December 8, 2009 at the Soka Gakkai Auditorium in Quezon City, the newest child wonder on TV will be honored side by side with Ryan Agoncillo, Gerald Anderson, Kim Atienza, Julius Babao, John Lloyd Cruz, Mike Enriquez, Ted Failon, Edu Manzano, Coco Martin, Cesar Montano, Piolo Pascual, Vic Sotto and Gary Valenciano.
As for the most admired female stars, making it to the list are Kris Aquino, Kim Chiu, Sharon Cuneta, Anne Curtis, Karen Davila, Sarah Geronimo, Toni Gonzaga, Angel Locsin, Maja Salvador, Korina Sanchez, Jessica Soho, Mel Tiangco and Batangas Gov. Vilma Santos.
To count: 22 out of the 26 Most Admired Male Personalities are from ABS-CBN.
But when it comes to the most child-friendly or the most well-liked programs, it's NBN and not ABS-CBN which got the most Anak TV Seals this year.
