Atheletes bare bodies on ESPN Magazine

Almost 80 athletes (both male and female), who are either top-less, shirtless or totally unwrapped, are featured on ESPN Magazine's 1st ever body issue this October 2009.

And one of them is our very own Manny Pacquiao.

ESPN Mag gives a reason why they chose the Filipino boxer Manny Pacquiao to be part of the special issue.

"In the pound-for-pound debate, he's the only fighter who seeks out the punishment," it says.

Manny Pacquiao is scheduled to fight against Puerto Rican Miguel Cotto on November 14.

Aside from Manny, here are some of the other male athletes who bared their precious bodies for ESPN The Magazine:

Dwight Howard of NBA's Orlando Magic

Carl Edwards, Nascar driver

Nelson Cruz, baseball player, Texas Rangers

Adrian Peterson, Football Player, Minnesota Vikings

Alex Solis, jockey
