Panky Trinidad fails to reach WCOPA 2008 finals

Pinoy Dream Academy Season 1 Top 6 scholar Panky Trinidad failed to penetrate the final rounds of the ongoing 12th World Championships of Performing Arts (WCOPA) in Hollywood.As of Thursday, only three Junior and one Senior Filipino contestants made it to the Vocal Category finals and they are Catherine Loria, Rachel Razon, Tippy dos Santos and Marielle Corpuz.
Each one of them has the chance to bring home the gold and hopefully, be named as the year's over-all grand champion performer, just like Jed Madela and Aria Clemente in the past.
Panky only managed to reach the semis, along with Glee Nette Gaddi, Dex de Rosa, Abe Dorado and the Sison brothers.
Other Philippine representatives such as Cherry Palad, CJ Concepcion and Paolo Ledesma were eliminated in the early part of the competition.
