The University of the Philippines Community Broadcasters' Society handed out the 2nd annual Gandingan: UPLB Isko't Iska's Broadcast Choice Awards last Saturday, January 19, 2008 at the DL Umali Auditorium in UP Los Baños in Laguna.Both ABS-CBN and GMA were in high spirits to snatch any of the 25 awards with ABS-CBN as the big winner when it won Best TV Network.
